"K-Love" is much more than LPRTs these days...it's a massive network of 
several hundred full-power noncommercial FMs and a few hundred more 
translators all over the country. While KLOV in Oregon is the nominal 
primary for most of the satellite-fed translators, it's not actually the 
flagship; the network is based in Sacramento these days.

I'm not sure what network list you were looking at, but the list here:

does include 90.9 in Port Angeles.

Stations listed with callsigns attached are full-power licenses, others 
are translators...
