Re: [IRCA] New Station

KGO has been a "mainstay" here as long as I have been at the dials. I
fact I remember back listening to their first talk shows with Les Crane
at the Hungry I. Later on, Ira Blue took over. They have an ERP of over
100KW to the North and can be heard here generally 24/7 365 days/nights
a year. Even in the Summer, they are weak days but still there. KGO has
been online for sometime and have listeners Worldwide to their talk
shows. It is not uncommon to hear callers from all over. Even Europe.
Hard to get by even in phaing, but KNBR is even tougher to get anything
to the East on 680. I do get WGY from time to time u/KGO when cx are
decent.
