[IRCA] 1410khz Automation issue last night

Early this morning between 02:06 tune in and 03:00 CDT someone on
1410khz was running a continuous, annoying  "phone off
hook" sound, non stop.  Abruptly ended at 03:00, there was
no further audio and off hook sound did not come back after
03:06.  Signal; was strong with a N/S loop bearing, perhaps
WRMN. 

Suspect someone had automation
problems.  Will check again the next few days to see if this is
heard again.
