[IRCA] 1710 "The Big Q" this morning

So did I, at Burnt River ON. Best on sw wire, as opposed to west wire. The west wire had significant pull from the east this morning, more than usual, with really good cx to the east coast, from MA to NJ.

New here. Worth getting up early for this one.

For anyone keeping tabs on this station, I heard them again briefly this
morning, this time on the car radio during my one-hour commute to work on
I-96. First noted about 1124 UTC tune-in with oldies, vintage Remco radio
kit ad, Chickenman at 1130 UTC, and then off (or faded) by 1135 UTC. This
was on 1710 khz, local sunrise, signal was poor mainly due to adjacent slop
from 1700 khz.

I'm hearing the nostalgia oldies pirate "The Big Q" now at 1100 UTC, fair
signal but difficult against the static crashes, Watergate skit at 1106 UTC
and then into oldies music...
