[IRCA] WYTH-1250 a no-show in Nebraska

Thought I might've heard something that sounded like a code ID at 0113 ELT, but 
KYYS in Kansas City was just too strong.  :( 


I did get a nice verie letter yesterday from KBRF-1250 (my first QSL from this 
QTH), so the weekend isn't a total loss.
