[IRCA] Het on 1520, somebody 1khz high?

Am hearing a strong 1Khz het on 1520.  Earlier this
afternoon, on the car radio, I thought it was from Saudi
Arabia.  But it is still there in Joliet and looping almost
N/S.  Is a domestic 1Khz high?
