[IRCA] tone on 1590

0000 EST, 25/02/11   
Just heard the tone stop on 1590, followed by ABC news, then an ad for Mississippi Ford dealers; then an ID - "WZRX, 1590" then back to the tone.

Nice S8 to S9 signal with slight QSB.
