[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 29 Jan 2010

   A slightly different morning today, with Australia's 4QD on 1548 
providing the only audio when I first tuned in at 1440.  Nearer to 1500 
sunrise they faded, but the Japanese on 747 and 774 (but only those two) 
came up to quite respectable levels for 10 minutes or so.
