[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 26-28 Jan 2010

My work schedule's made it hard to post results this week, so here's a 
brief summary:

28 Jan - lots of strongish carriers on the upper end of the dial near 
sunrise, but only 1566 made audio (and just barely) around 1500 
sunrise.    About an hour earlier the Japanese on 693 and 774 had been 
in audio, but they'd faded by sunrise.

27 Jan - Audio from Japan on 693, 747, and 774, with traces from Korea 
on 972.    Upper band was only carriers today.

26 Jan - The most interesting morning in a while, with the upper end of 
the dial far better than the lower..   Japan was in audio on 1593 and 
1602, as it had been in Lamont on Monday. . Also noted fair audio on 
1566 from Korea, traces of audio on 1584, an unID on 1521 (sounded 
Chinese, but too weak to be certain), and bits of audio on 1476.
