[IRCA] 1170 KPUG Bellingham WA

01/06/11 -- 15:00 PST --Victoria BC. As per earlier announcement ,KPUG Bellingham  Wa has gone off air for TX maintenance until 1700 PST. At 3PM there was no noticeable other signal on this Frequency but in the next 2 hours something should show up.Will try to monitor freq and make another report in the next hour. Stay tuned .
