[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 12/7/10

Listened with the Tecsun PL-310, plus 7.5" loopstick, hearing only a trace of a carrier on 774 kHz at 1308 UTC, and it wasn't audible by local sunrise (1328 UTC).
