Re: [IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Sunday (addendum)

Forgot to add that the 1710 Russian station, presumably Puget Sound area, was the strongest I've had it this year, perhaps ever, around 1520 utc. There was another similar sounding station much weaker underneath, maybe the Portland/Vancouver one, if it's still on.

Thanks to Nigel, Mike, Bruce, Walt and Pat for their comments on the 162 LWBC reception, much appreciated. This morning was much poorer, however 162 did eventually barely reach threshold audio--though a far cry from yesterday's relatively decent reception. 1437 utc had first traces of audio; peaking at 1445 just barely above threshold audio where the difference between male and female speech was noted; last traces at 1510. If I hadn't been monitoring it it would have been easy to miss.
TP LWBC Radio Rossii also poor this morning.
Last night produced a little TA LWBC, 162, 171, 198, 216, 225, with 162 and 225 reaching poor levels around 0440 utc. I don't usually get that good audio on the upper channels, so 225 was doing unusually well. Later, TP LWBC Radio Rossii was doing very well, hitting S7 at 0730 utc on 153 and S3 on 180.
