country.  Shortwave signal quality seems to drop off on this one as we get 
further into the evening.  At 1900 it seems like Syria is on top, with ME 
music not // 7245.

657    UNID    Didn't seem parallel to RNE, and might have been parallel to 
RAI, but since it was just two men talking and I couldn't hear any distinct 
words this will be the one that got away
