[IRCA] Brier WA TP's for 11/12/10

Despite the solar activity the morning was not as bad as expected. Loud signals from some Japanese big guns, along with a sprinking of Koreans and Russians (Mayak 549 even made it in, VOR 648 was huge). Also, KBBI Homer AK was in again.

The following times sampled this morning: 1259Z, 1359Z, 1445Z, 1459Z for 
1-2 minutes each using Perseus and TOH Recorder
