[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-27

Hello All,

A lackluster pattern of anemic TP signals continued for yet another day,
with most Asiatic stations struggling to get out of the noise.

An early band check from 1300-1330 revealed little of interest, except for
a 1575-VOA signal that was stronger than usual (for this mediocre season,
that is). Several "big guns" (594, 738, 747, 828 and 1134) also managed
fair audio during this period, but these all dived down in the noise from
1345-1430, when it seemed like the "sunrise enhancement" wouldn't enhance much
of anything. Only 1566-HLAZ and 1575-VOA had any audio at all during this
period, and it was nothing to shout about. Finally 594-JOAK and 738-BEL2
rose up out of the noise around 1445 with fair-good signals (just before the
band collapsed), to bring a somewhat positive end to a mediocre session.
Hopefully this morning's anemic signals are related to the unusual solar
activity, and not an indication that the Fall TP Season is falling out early.

The following were heard on a C.Crane SWP Slider model (7.5" loopstick),
inductively coupled to a 9' sided PVC tuned passive loop (in the back yard).
A modified ICF-2010 (30" loopstick) was used as an SSB spotting receiver:

594 JOAK Tokyo, Japan Fair-good music break during
      Japanese interview session at 1445

in KXL splatter; dropped out at 1345
