[IRCA] Alberta TP's for 17 Oct 2010

As Richard noted, expectations weren't high today, and the results 
pretty much met those expectations.   JOUB 774 prevented an Asian 
shutout this morning, with audio around 1330.   Also heard some weak DU 
signals on 702, 891, and 1116 at times.    Definitely not a morning to 
remember.
