Listened from 1307-1416 utc.  Russian long-waves better this morning.  Upper MW channels
down.  JOCK 729 believed to be the station heard at sunrise with weak signal.

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1312 very faint signal.
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1313 just above threshold. Fair with music at 1346.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1314 weak to fair with Louie Armstrong song "Hello Dollie"
567     JAPAN, JOIK NHK1 1348 very weak with Japanese.
576     Level 5 carrier, seemed near audio.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1342-1343 weak and // to stronger signal of JOAB 666. Good at 1351.
648     RUSSIA, 1352 weak with music and some splatter. 
657     DPR OF KOREA, 1322 very weak with talk. S-7 signal at 1353, equal strength to // 3250
666     JAPAN, JOAB NHK1 1342 fair at times, better signal than // 594.
693     JAPAN, JOAB 1356 very weak with Japanese and covered in splatter.
729     JAPAN? JOCK NHK1 1414-1415 steady weak signal, NHK1 // had faded by now.  Some splatter.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1307-1311 good most of the time with man in Japanese, some splatter.
               Solid S-9 at 1332. 
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1319 fair. 1320 into English Radio Conversation Program.
873     JAPAN, JOGB NHK2 1331 very weak with traces of talk making it through.
1053    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1323 jammer dominating channel.  
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1317 good with choir music.
