[IRCA] TP DX 9-28-10

I listened 1250-1315 today and fouund conditions were still sub par.  JOIB-747 and HLAZ-1566 were good at times.  Weak-fair audio was heard on 594 774 972 1134 and 1206.  Some of the usual hets were also noted.  

I let the SDR record until past 1400, so I may have more DX waitng when I get home from work.  If not, I can wish for better cx tomorrow.
