[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 19 Sep 2010

  Audio from Japanese today on 567, 594, 666 (1st time this 
season),693, 747, 774, 828, and 873, though the big signal on 774 was 
perhaps a shade weaker than yesterday. The Koreans on 972 and 1566 
didn't reach audio today, but on the other hand I did get poor-fair 
audio from VOA Thailand on 1575, weak audio from ABC Sydney on 702, 4BC 
Brisbane on 1116, and audio of the "barely discernable" type on 612, 
846, and 891.  Those three may also have been DU, but were too weak to 
be certain.    Signals didn't drop off as rapidly at sunrise today, with 
a couple of the Japanese and VOA hanging in to 1315.    The VOA was an 
interesting anomaly, as it had it's 2nd best day of the season, yet they 
were the only station audible on the upper half of the band.
