 Hi,CBC Radio Canada in SK will have different programs than 860 in TO due to 
the 2 hour time lag. If it was national programming then 860 would have had the 
same show on 2 hours earlier than 690. The news can be different if it is not 
national news at toh since they might not do national news at every toh  like 
the English radio network. Bill in BC
