[IRCA] 690 Radio Maria (and more re 690)

I am convimced there is something on 690 along the lines of a Radio Maria. I 
heard what sounded like an ID a few times last spring there, and a few 
nights ago another reference to Maria, but definitely no "Radio" in front of 
it. Spanish Christian, no doubt, though I've not seen one reported anywhere. 
There used to be a Radio Maria in Guatemala, but I'm not sure if it's still 
on the air or whether or not this is what I am hearing.

IBOC from WLW 700 doesn't exactly help the cause. Nor does my profound 
inability to understand Spanish, beyond a few words here and there.

Has ANYONE heard anything at all like this?

If not, perhaps this can be a heads-up for those of you with some 
patience...

Also on the topic of 690 - WELD WV seems to be behaving at night. If it's 
on, signal is waaaay down here from the spring. At sunset a few nights ago 
it mentioned transmitter maintenance and 690being sumulcast on FM. I am also 
hearing French CBC Gravelbourg SK and El Paso TX on a regular basis. Thereis 
some speculation their signals are both outa whack. I'd say 690 is the 
easiest SK here, save for Yorkton 940.
