[IRCA] Alberta DU/TP for 3 Sep 2010

    Unlike others have reported, this was the worst day of the past 
several here.   Nearly a shutout on audio this morning, with only 4BC 
producing weak talk for a few minutes.     Still no sign of any Asians, 
though I see last year I didn't have a decent Asian opening until Sep 9th.
