Hi Nick and Nigel,
 
Chuck recently send Guy and me correspondence indicating that 846-2RN  had 
been heard at Grayland more frequently than the current archives  indicate.
 
On the other hand, 603-Radio Waatea (a Maori-language regular on ULR's  
during both Lincoln City DXpeditions) seems to be a really obscure one,  
according to Chuck.

Interesting that  you should mention that Nick, as I have been a bit 
puzzled about the  apparent rarity of 2RN 846 on the coast.     I hear 
891 ABC  Adelaide and 1116 Brisbane 4BC far more than any other Aussies,  
but  Canberra on 846 would definitely be in the second tier below them, 
and I  typically hear it several times a season.   One of those  
unexplained anomalies of propagation I  suppose.
