[IRCA] WTIC Maintenance work
I received this from John Ramsey, an engineer in Hartford...
WTIC 1080 Hartford will be operating at 5kw all day Fri, 8/27 and will be
off air from 11pm to 5 am Friday and Saturday night. This info per Jeff
Huggabonne, CE of WTIC.
