[IRCA] QSL Report

I know this is not mediumwave, but thought I'd report it here, in case anyone is thinking about trying to QSL their mediumwave stations:

ALGERIA:  Radio Algerienne.  252 kHz full data card in 187 days for French report, CD recording and mint stamps.  No verie signer.  My first LWBC QSL.
