[IRCA] TP's for 04/13/10

Listened from 1250-1326 utc.  Improved conditions
from the past week.  Lower channels down compared 
to the upper channels. No Russian long waves heard.

774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1259-1302 very weak with man in Japanese.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1303 just above threshold with man in Japanese.
              Weak at 1315.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1311 very weak with music.
1503   JAPAN, JOUK 1321 very weak with brief Japanese talk.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1304-1308 fair to almost good signal.
              Still around at 1325 with woman singing.
1593   CHINA, CRN1 1309 very weak.
