He says "I'm Peter McLaine".  I wasn't sure about the spelling of his name, 
but on a hunch, I checked the WATR website, and found that he hosts the Good 
Time Oldies show, 7-10 pm weekdays - see http://www.watr.com/GTO.aspx

So, I think you had WATR - they're fairly frequently heard in this neck of 
the woods.
