Re: [IRCA] 1040 Khz - het back again



I am picking it up on the same NW/SE bearing as before. It's also showing
the same quick fall/slow rise and wobbly characteristics as last time:

I can't seem to get any modulation from it; it's at equal carrier strength
to WHO but doesn't appear to be putting much, if any, audio out.
