I also ran across this one last night, with surprisingly good audio around 
0400 UTC.  The rest of the TA signals were spotty to say the least, but 756 
Germany was a standout on the low end.

Strangely enough, up here in the Great White North, we have little snow left 
on the ground, and haven't had more than a dusting of the white stuff in the 
past month.  Something's not right!
