Hi Patrick and All,
I didn't realize that the KBIS call letters were in Washington State these 
days; last I knew, wasn't that call in Little rock?
KBIS was a station in Bakersfield from 1950 to 1977. 970 kHz.
I worked there briefly in 1975.
