Hello all,
  Jan 28th was excellent to the east in the early morning hours, and I 
heard a station on 1710, with a fairly good signal at times.   To me it 
sounds like one of the pirates (in the Boston area if memory serves me 
correctly) serving the Haitian community.    Is there anyone on the list 
familiar with the pirate scene down there who could take a listen to a 
recording and help me confirm that's what it was?
