[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR

1220   WP??   UNID station here with ID at 0059.55 EST 1/31. After
another Unid station said "We're Number One!", a weak signal with a
woman announcer said "....WP??........News. and   ???" Then lost in the
jumble. I listened back to the cassette with EQ and 4 different sets of
headphones. Whatever it was, it was a goodie!  But knowing the beverage
and the way signals pop in and out, it is doubtfull I will hear it
again. Often, I hear these flea power distant stations once and on
occasion one will pop in strong enough at TOH ID to catch it. 1220 is a
jumble of a dozen or more of signals most nights. (PM-OR)
