Apparently what he heard was in English. RHC means Radio Habana Cuba, the SW external service. It does not transmit on MW. Possibly a mixup at their end, or an image from 49mb SW as happens on some non-caradios. Too bad he didn`t note the frequency. 73, Glenn Hauser

There is a probability this could be true. Cuban stations on AM are heard fairly regularly here, and Radio Habana is one which is heard from time to time.
