I have stayed up past 11 pm local (0700 UTC) when the TPs start to come
in, and I agree - night owls may have an advantage at present.  774 was 
in
with decent audio late last night, 1188 was gettin' there, and there 
were
mild but steady hets were on many of the frequencies that Nick mentions
below.

With it being a no-work holiday tomorrow, perhaps I'll try to stay up
ridiculously late tonight.
