Colin,
I have the 2009 Passport. I found it valuable in running down QSLs for
foreign stations, even though it was aimed a SW.
There are a couple sites on the web too, but having the hard copy of the
Passport is handy. The WRTH used to have QS info, but in recent years
all the info was moved to Passport.
