[IRCA] TP DX for today

I managed a bit of DX this morning from 1555 to 1620 on this, the 
shortest day of the year.

There were still a few TPs coming in

693   Japan, weak music box //747/774 1602
747   NHK music box fair
774   NHK music box fair-good
972   KBS fair KK talk 1605
1503   weak carrier at times probably JOUK
1557   Taiwan, fair on peaks w/ English talk after 1600, Family Radio ID 
1615
1566   carrier from pres HLAZ
1575   Farda fair w/news pgm in presumed Farsi  //web stream after1600
