[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 20 Dec 2009

Quite an interesting morning here in southern Alberta.   Listened from 
1430 to 1530.  Nothing new heard, but a good assortment of signals 
across Asia from Japan to Iran

594 Japan, fair and only appeared after 1500
639 unID, very weak, but seemed to be CNR1
693 Japan, marginal at best
702 Iran @1430
729 unID - very weak audio in 730 spatter @1505, sounded Chinese
738 unID -traces of audio now and again
774 Japan - Like 594, came up to audio after 1500
873 Japan - "barely there" audio, but definitely // 774.  Another 
station with operatic type music also on the frequency.
972 Korea and VOA from Tajikistan both noted here
981 China CNR1, just detectable at 1500
1017 unID, traces of audio @1439
1026 Russia
1107 presumed Urumqi here in unfamiliar language (Kazakh?) quite clear 
@1505
1134 CNR1
1143 unID, talk by woman at 1508
1170 Korea noted at 1500
1422 CRI Kashi in Urdu, audio now and again
1467 unID, faint audio at 1510
1521 CRI Urumqi in Russian, VG at times, rivalling Farda for best TP 
signal.  Audio lasted past 1600.
1539 UAE, VOA Urdu, weak audio
1548 Kuwait, Radio Sawa @1442
1566 unID, came up a couple of times with audio for a minute or so.
1575 UAE, Radio Farda
