Hi Walt and Nick,
 
Welcome back to the frozen zone, Walt, and it's great to have you back here 
 at the dials again.
 
Like Nick says, tonight's TA's have an amazing ability to fade out whenever 
 a promising carrier appears, and one finally reaches audio  level. 
Yesterday evening 1575-Farda's signal was up and down  here (peaking at around 0145 
UTC), usually collapsing on cue when an  MP3 recording was attempted.  
1134-Croatia also had weak, capricious  audio at times here tonight.

They come, and then they go again (mostly),  though can't claim good level 
here on anything....1089, 1215, 1269, 1575 for  example.    Good carriers 
appear now and then without audio also,  just trying to coax something out of 
1152  ....
