[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 19 Nov 2009
A very interesting morning here, but all the action was on the upper end
of the dial, and apparently mostly over the pole. CRI from Kashi on
1422 was a new one for me, and that's about as far west in China as you
can get. Still had hopes of India on 1566, but no such luck.

1278 - bits of audio, too weak to make out much
1377 CNR1
1422 - CRI in Urdu (Kashi) ,language didn't mean much to me, but they
conveniently gave their web address
1494 unID, sounded Chinese-ish, but not Mandarin
1521 CRI in Russian (Urumqi).
1548 DW Sri Lanka, my best signal yet on this one
1566 big carrier, very low audio, so most likely Korea
1575 Two stations mixing - Radio Farda and VOA Thailand I'm pretty sure.
