[IRCA] Arizona TP's 10-21-09
Listened from 1250-1355 ut and conditions was down from the last few days. Japan was very poor with only two with audio. Many carriers on the bottom part of the band but not many on the top part.
279 Russia good with talk at 1303 ut.
529 Alaska SQM good with code at1305 ut.
657 N. Korea fair at 1322 ut with talk.
693 JOAB Japan very poor at 1338 ut.
774 JOUB Japan poor at 1323 ut.
