[IRCA] TA highlights from tonight

So far tonight, the good stuff includes:

963 CRI good w/pips, IDs in RR & CC 0300

972 Someone in what sounded like German 0250-0310, news by woman 0300.  
NDR Web stream had woman w/news too, similar voice but didn't sound // 
unless delayed quite a bit.  Pretty sure I had similar mx later, too, 
and may have had a second stn there once or twice

1431 bits of mx 0232, man & woman in Germanic language, doesn't match 
schedules listed in EMWG

819   Het and carrier on low side of local KGNW-820 again

1053   bits of audio from presumed talksport

864 855 783  the usual carriers, but no audio noted

1215  Absolute radio //streaming audio at times

A decent night, though slightly less good than the last two nights.
