189    RUSSIA, 1305 fair with man in Russsian.
209    Mongolia, 1308 threshold audio.
279    RUSSIA, 1308 weak with man in Russian. 1315 Good.
567    JAPAN, JOIK 1332-1336 fair to weak at times.
594    JAPAN, JOAK 1310 weak with a lot of splatter.
603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1328-1331 poor at times.
657    DPR KOREA, 1346 weak with music and // 3250.
738    TAIWAN, Fisher? weak audio with noise. Either CC or JJ.
774    JAPAN, JOUB 1311 good with man in Japanese and a little splatter.
828    JAPAN, JOBB 1313 weak with splatter.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1322 fair carrier low audio.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1323 weak with woman in ?.
