Listened from 1226-1410 utc.  Domestic splatter was a problem
this morning.  Powerhouse stations with decent signals and 
other stations weak.

153   RUSSIA, 1226 weak with music followed by man/woman in Russian.
180   RUSSIA, 1231 fair with 40's tune sung by man in English.
189   RUSSIA, 1233 fair with same as above.
234   RUSSIA, 1234 fair with man in Russian then back to the song above.
279   RUSSIA, 1235 good with music. Last two days a strange noise has
      been on this channel.  Not on any other LW channel.  Local?
558   JAPAN,JOCR 1302 weak with music.
567   JAPAN, JOIK 1259-1300 3 pips and tone.  
594   JAPAN, JOAK 1310 weak to fair with man in Japanese.
657   DPR KOREA, 1310-1312 fair signal with man in Korean // 3320
666   JAPAN, JOBK 1319 fair with man/woman in Japanese.
693   JAPAN, JOAB 1240 fair,some splatter and "Radio English Conversation"
738   JAPAN or CHINA? 1242 near fair signal, but a lot of splatter from 740.
747   JAPAN, JOIB 1320 weak with heavy splatter from KXL.
774   JAPAN, JOUB 1244 good with "Radio English Conversation" program. 
828   JAPAN, JOBB 1246 fair with beginning of "Radio English Conversation" 
1008  JAPAN, JONR? 1335 very weak audio.
1287  JAPAN, JOHR? 1358 probably the station with poor audio.
1134  JAPAN, JOAR 1402 weak with Japanese talk.
1143  UNKNOWN, 1340-1345 very weak audio at times for a few seconds.
      Much splatter.
1422  JAPAN, JORF 1353 weak with man in Japanese.
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1251 good signal low audio.
1575  THAILAND, VOA 1252 weak to fair with a lot of static. 1350 fair.
1593  CHINA, CRN1 1349 weak with music, // 5030.  Splatter from KOHI.
