[IRCA] 1040-Van BC/1380 Everett,Wa

1040 in Vancouver is sounding like they're using old towers or have gone to tight east -west pattern today-signal is not as strong here in Vic BC.With 1380 back on 50 KW (34KW daytime?) how did they get back up if two towers are down? Someone mentioned that the two towers were not live at the time of damage so was KRKO using different towers for day and night operation?.Without the two downed towers I guess ether the day or night power is now on for 24 hours.Does anyone have an explanation for how this was handled and fixed so soon? Thanks.Bill in BC
