[IRCA] Arizona TP's 9-8-09
Listened from 1215-1310 ut and conditions were good for a change. Lots of carriers most of which were on the bottom part of the band. The noise level was way down today and no t-storms noise.
693 JOAB very poor at 1305 ut.
774 JOUB good at 1300 ut with time pips.
774 3LO way under JOUB at 1300 ut.
