[IRCA] Logbooks

I use an Access database I put together myself.  One thing I like
about it is that I can link directly to my Total Recorder sound files
from the database.  It took an hour or so to set up.

Before that I used Excel.  I tried Shortwave Log for a few months but
abandoned it.
