[IRCA] Internet option OT update

In talking to Verizon today, where I have my cel phone service, they
offer internet service via the cel tower at $39.99 for 50 MB or $59.99
for 5 GB per month. Since I already have cel phone service through them,
I would get $5 knocked off, so that is an option. The card needed is
$79, normally $99, but with it comes a $50 rebate, so not too bad of a
deal. I do have an option, that should not cause QRN.
