Thanks to Nick for his report of this beacon.  Sure enough, I'm hearing 100% copy at 06:40 UTC tonight with repeated CW IDs for K7RAT.  Nothing heard on the other frequency of 1999.5.  OOps, that's because I was on the wrong frequency.  Yes, 1999.5 is there as well.  Not quite as strong.....Walt.
