[IRCA] TP for 23 Apr from Victoria, BC
Rolled out of bed a few minutes earlier this morning, and listened from 1240UT
for about 20 minutes, but it seems that Dennis still beat me to the punch, as
conditions here didn't seem as lively as at his place. Not bad for the time of
year, but not so good as yesterday.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
594 JOAK
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):
774 JOUB
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
828 JOBB
972 HLCA
1053 100Hz hum
1134 unID at 1253UT, possibly Korea, but 972 // had faded down
1566 HLAZ
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
693 JOAB //774 at 1250UT
747 JOIB
873 JOGB
1287 tentative JOHR
1503 seemed //594 at 1258, so JOUK
1575 likely VoA
1593 brief audio, woman talking seemed //5030; so CNR-1, the last Chinese left
standing this season?
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
279, 567, 1143, 1242, 1269, 1475
best wishes,
Nick
