Listened from 1222-1253 utc.  Lower channel stations started fading around
1250,but China 1593 heard at 1251 with weak to fair signal.

153    RUSSIA,Radio Rossii fair with music at 1234.
279    RUSSIA,Radio Rossii good with at 1232 with music.
594    JAPAN, JOAK 1231 fair with man singing. 
666    JAPAN, JOBK 1242 very weak.
693    JAPAN, JOAB 1240 fair signal with man in Japanese, less splatter than usual.
774    JAPAN, JOUB 1222-1228 fair to good at times with English conversation lessons.  
              On and off splatter.
828    JAPAN, JOBB 1238 fair to weak with man in Japanese.
873    JAPAN, JOGB 1249 weak but steady signal. Surprised to hear this Southern Japanese
              station this morning.  
1134   UNKNOWN 1244 threshold audio with a lot of splatter.  
1287   JAPAN, JOHR 1246 woman/man in Japanese, weak with some splatter.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1234 choir music and good signal.  
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1235 fair signal with woman in Asian language.
1593   CHINA, CRN1 1251-1253 woman/man in Chinese, weak to fair sigal at times.
